Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our BDC Call Center. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and guiding them through the services we offer.
You will be responsible for clearly communicating how our solutions improve ROI, building interest, and moving qualified prospects toward a scheduled demo.
This is a performance-based, commission-driven role with strong earning potential for individuals who are disciplined, consistent, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships
- Conduct outbound calls to generate interest and qualify leads
- Clearly present services and value proposition, including ROI impact
- Move prospects through the pipeline toward scheduled demos
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Follow structured call scripts and qualification processes
- Consistently meet daily and monthly activity targets
KPI Expectations (Monthly)
Primary Targets
- 5 Deals Closed
- 5 Invoices Sent
- 300 Calls Completed
What This Means
- Deals Closed = revenue and success metric
- Invoices Sent = pipeline activity and progression
- Calls Completed = effort, consistency, and output
Performance Standard
This is a results-driven role. Success depends on:
- Consistent daily effort throughout the month
- Following a structured sales process
- Producing measurable outcomes

Compensation & Growth
Commission Structure (Uncapped Earning Potential)
- Paid weekly when a dealer signs
- Monthly performance bonuses for top performers
Growth Path
