AI Trainer Software Designer

Requirements

Must have:

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing ability and solid grammar.
• Bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
• Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
• Applicants must be based in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
• Complete a brief assessment as a screening step before paid work becomes available.
