Requirements
Must have:
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent writing ability and solid grammar.
- Bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
- Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
- Applicants must be based in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- Write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
- Complete a brief assessment as a screening step before paid work becomes available.
