Requirements
Must have:
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Strong writing skills and excellent grammar.
- A bachelor's degree, either completed or currently in progress.
- Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
- Candidates must be located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- Write clear, high-quality code examples and detailed explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Provide feedback that helps shape and improve the next generation of AI models.
- Contribute programming tasks that include building applications, solving complex coding problems, and analyzing data.
