Requirements
Must have:
- Fluent English communication (native or bilingual-level proficiency).
- Strong programming ability in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent written communication, including strong grammar and clear expression.
- Bachelors degree (completed or currently in progress).
- Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred.
- Must be located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve a wide range of coding challenges that help train AI systems.
- Write precise code examples and thorough explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Provide feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
