Backend Software Engineer AI Trainer

Requirements

Must have:

• Fluent English communication (native or bilingual-level proficiency).
• Strong programming ability in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent written communication, including strong grammar and clear expression.
• Bachelors degree (completed or currently in progress).
• Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred.
• Must be located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a wide range of coding challenges that help train AI systems.
• Write precise code examples and thorough explanations.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Provide feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
