Requirements
Must have:
- Fluent English skills at a native or bilingual level.
- Proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent written communication, including strong grammar and clarity.
- Bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
- Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
- Candidates must be based in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve a range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- Write precise code examples and thorough explanations.
- Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
- Work on programming tasks such as building applications and analyzing data.
