Requirements
Must have:
- Native-level or bilingual fluency in English.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language or framework (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift).
- Strong writing ability and solid grammar skills.
- Bachelor's degree, either completed or currently in progress.
- Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred.
- Must be located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- Write clear, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Provide input that helps shape and improve future AI models.
- Work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving complex problems, and analyzing or visualizing data.
