Requirements
Must have:
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Strong writing ability and excellent grammar.
- Bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
- Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
- Candidates must be located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve a range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- Write clean, high-quality code samples along with clear explanatory notes.
- Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Provide input that helps shape and improve the next generation of AI models.
- Complete a short assessment to qualify for paid work on our platform.
- Choose projects and working hours that fit your availability and goals.
