DevOps Engineer AI Trainer

Requirements

Must have:

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Strong writing skills and excellent command of grammar.
• Bachelor's degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• Preferred: Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• Location: Must be based in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• Write concise, high-quality code examples along with thorough explanations.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Provide feedback that helps improve and shape future AI models.
• Complete a short assessment as part of our onboarding process before paid work becomes available.
