Requirements
Must have:
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
- Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
- Applicants must be located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- Write clear, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.
- Work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving technical problems, and analyzing data.
