About the Role
We are seeking a Research and Development Chemist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in training AI models by measuring their progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Pose complex chemistry questions to AI chatbots and meticulously evaluate their responses.
- Assess the quality, correctness, and performance of AI-generated outputs.
Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge in chemistry is required.
- Proficiency in English (native or bilingual).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A strong understanding of general, organic, and physical chemistry principles.
- Experience in related fields such as Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering is beneficial.
- A Master's or PhD (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred but not mandatory.
