About the Role

We are seeking a Web Developer/Designer to contribute to the training and enhancement of advanced AI models. Your primary focus will be on evaluating and improving how AI systems comprehend, generate, and assess design-related outputs, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

Leveraging your design expertise, you will provide critical feedback on AI-generated content, helping to refine the models' understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. Your input will be instrumental in shaping future AI tools designed to assist creative professionals.

This is an emerging and expanding sector within our company, dedicated to teaching AI to better grasp visual and design principles. Initially, designers will complete our general core assessment followed by a qualification in Web & UI/UX Design. Upon approval, you will gain access to general AI training projects and be invited to participate in specialized design projects. These projects encompass UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluations, including presentations and creative deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals.
  • Evaluate the quality, correctness, and performance of AI model outputs.
  • Assist in training AI models to enhance their understanding of aesthetic quality and user-centered design principles.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual proficiency).
  • A background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
  • A strong grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
  • Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
  • A Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred but not mandatory.
