Work You'll Do
As a Senior Solution Specialist within the US Delivery Center, you will:
- Oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll applications.
- Leverage your expertise in Payroll technical requirements to support ongoing processing, configurations, and compliance needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of incident and production issue resolution, including triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder communication to meet service level agreements.
- Design and implement enhancements to improve payroll functionality and user experience, from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and client teams to ensure operational stability and drive continuous improvement within the Oracle Cloud HCM ecosystem.

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience in production support for the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
- Hybrid Work Model: You must reside within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia).
- Co-location Expectation: Up to 30% of your working time may be spent co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and "Moments That Matter." This co-location can be at a Deloitte Delivery Center, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location.
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes.
- Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, it must be completed within 12 weeks of the start date to establish residency within a commutable distance.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
