Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist, you will:

• Lead SAP Controlling (CO) implementation and sustainment activities, supporting financial and operational business processes.
• Configure core SAP CO capabilities, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), allocations, and settlements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate controlling requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Support end-to-end design and optimization of SAP CO processes to enhance reporting, cost transparency, and financial controls.
• Lead testing cycles, encompassing scenario design, execution oversight, defect management, and traceability through business sign-off.
• Contribute to driving solution quality and readiness across implementation, enhancement, and sustainment efforts.

This role is part of the Deloitte US Delivery Center model, dedicated to driving impactful business services by leveraging Deloitte's scale and talent, along with a center delivery model that ensures high-quality, cost-effective service through standardized processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP CO functional implementation and/or sustainment.
• 4+ years of configuration experience in core CO areas (CCA, PCA, IO, allocations, settlements).
• 4+ years of experience with testing cycles (scenario design, execution oversight, defect management, traceability through sign-off).

Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:

• Hybrid Work Model: Must reside within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia).
• Co-location Expectation: Up to 30% of working time will be spent co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location.
• Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes.
• Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, it must be completed within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance.
