Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Manager, you will:

• Manage SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) implementation and sustainment for warehouse and inventory operations.
• Configure SAP IM/WM solutions to align with business requirements, enhancing inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational control.
• Lead requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders, translating business needs into functional designs.
• Oversee end-to-end integration of IM/WM with SAP SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO for streamlined business processes.
• Direct testing activities, including end-to-end scenario validation, edge case testing, defect tracking, and traceability to business sign-off.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces, such as RF scanning, label printing, and shipping integrations.
• Support cutover planning and execution, including data validation, inventory reconciliation, and post-go-live hypercare stabilization.

Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice is designed for impact, serving federal, state, & local government clients, as well as public higher education institutions. Our Enterprise Operations as a Service offering provides ongoing operational support for technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts.

This role is part of the Deloitte US Delivery Center model, focused on delivering impactful business services through a center delivery model with standardized processes. It offers the resources of Deloitte with a community feel, allowing professionals to focus on their work with minimal travel.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP IM/WM functional implementation and/or sustainment.
• 4+ years of configuration experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.
• 4+ years of experience leading requirements workshops and translating business needs into functional designs for warehouse and inventory processes.
• 4+ years of experience with IM/WM integration across SAP SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO.
• 4+ years of experience leading testing cycles, including end-to-end scenarios, edge case validation, defect management, and traceability through sign-off.
• 3+ years of experience defining functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces (RF scanning, label printing, shipping integrations).
• 3+ years of experience supporting cutover, data validation, inventory reconciliation, and hypercare stabilization.

Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:

• Hybrid Work Model: Must reside within a commutable distance to a US Delivery Center (Gilbert, Lake Mary, Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia).
• Co-location Expectation: Up to 30% of working time may be spent co-located at a Deloitte Delivery Center or Geo-Hub for projects, training, and events.
• Travel Requirement: Maximum 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes.
• Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, it must be completed within 12 weeks of the start date to ensure commutable distance.
