Brand New Family Dental Office in Westwood

We're excited to announce the opening of our brand new family dental office in Westwood, and we're looking for a passionate and friendly Front team to grow with us!

Schedule:

• Monday -- Thursday: 8:00 AM -- 6:00 PM (EST)
• Friday: 8:00 AM -- 2:00 PM (EST)
• Hours may be flexible/negotiable for the right candidate

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Remote Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, staying organized, and helping a dental office run smoothly---even from a distance.

A welcoming personality is a must---you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
• Conduct appointment reminder calls
• Perform marketing call follow-ups with potential and existing patients
• Maintain accurate scheduling and patient communication records
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dental or medical office experience preferred (but not required)
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Positive, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude
