Position Overview

Corporate Title: Analyst – Associate

Location: Miami, Florida

As a Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to one or more bankers in maintaining key client relationships and revenue streams. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, acting independently as a liaison between clients, bankers, and operations staff. You will have substantial, direct interaction with clients and prospects, fielding inquiries, conducting research, preparing presentations, and executing special requests. You will maintain a general knowledge of all Private Wealth Management products and services, guidelines, and procedures to resolve discrepancies and answer client questions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide back-up coverage for bankers, ensure timely follow-up for assigned projects, and handle problems proactively.
  • Prepare customized reports and summaries as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and records in accordance with policy.
  • Facilitate client-directed transactions, including account closures and maintenance.
  • Manage new client adoptions, including Know Your Client (KYC) and account opening processes.
  • Drive all Event Driven Reviews and regularly review KYCs to completion.
  • Support bankers in the acquisition of new clients and revenue streams by maintaining the deal pipeline.

Skills You'll Need

  • Undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field preferred).
  • Experience in a related field is a preference.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients, managers, and peers.

Additional Information

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Miami office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Miami, Florida is $75,000 to $100,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications.
