Duration: 06/01/2026 to 12/01/2026 Location: Franklin, Tennessee 37067 Pay Rate: $17 - $18/HR on W2

Role Function

Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting information from and for Music Queue sheets.

• Working very closely with coordinators and team leads (they will provide training).
• Receiving queue sheets and working with the data.
• Entry-level learning about film and TV copyright.
• Receiving training on how to find and process the information.
• Identifying publishing info and songs on documents they control, and entering this into the system.

Skills

• Required:
  • Data entry background
  • Excel skills (will be tested in person during the second interview)
• Positive but not required:
  • Music business background
  • Lite Adobe experience

Job Summary

Responsible for entering work copyright information onto the company's database, ensuring all works data is entered correctly. Process, standardize, and report cue sheets for film and television. This is a hybrid work environment.
