About the Agency

Our client is a full-service insurance agency based in Dallas, Texas, helping businesses protect what matters most. They move quickly, uphold high standards, and give their producers the autonomy to build and grow a book of business they truly own.

This role is fully remote and offered as a 1099 contractor position for driven professionals seeking independence and strong earning potential.

You must provide your own equipment (laptop, phone, internet).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business through calls, networking, referrals, emails, and meetings
  • Build relationships and understand client needs
  • Present insurance solutions and close sales

Requirements

  • Active P&C License --- REQUIRED
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) --- REQUIRED
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. --- REQUIRED
  • Must be based in Texas
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Coachable
  • Sales experience

Compensation & Structure

First 6 Months (Draw Period)

  • Month 1-2: $2,000/month
  • Month 3-4: $1,500/month
  • Month 5-6: $1,000/month

Starting Month 7

  • Commission only

Structure Notes

  • First 60 days: non-recoverable draw
  • Starting Month 2: minimum $15,000 in written premium (Farmers products) required
  • If minimum production isn't met, the draw is paused until performance is achieved
  • Production is based on issued and paid policies

Lead Program (Performance-Based)

  • Month 1: 50 new Home & Auto leads provided
  • Ongoing lead flow is tied to performance, activity, and CRM discipline

To maintain 50 leads/month:

  • $15,000 monthly written premium
  • Consistent activity (calls, conversations)
  • All leads worked within 24 hours and properly managed in CRM

Performance Scaling

  • $10K--$49K/month → 50 leads
  • $50K → 75--100 leads priority routing
  • $75K → 100 leads and first access to highest intent opportunities

Performance Drops

  • If performance drops below standard, lead volume is reduced until production and activity improves.
