Sales Development Representative Senior (Advanced English) – Remote

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with a commercial mindset, high energy, and a results focus, responsible for driving revenue growth through the development, management, and closing of group experiences and events sales opportunities.

Countries: Colombia (Armenia, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Medellín or Ibague), Mexico (Chihuahua City or Mérida), Argentina (Buenos Aires City or Córdoba City), Peru (Lima City)

Modality: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new group sales and events business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, proposal, negotiation, contracts, billing, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of opportunities.
  • Advise clients on configuring personalized experiences according to their needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the commercial process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure execution aligned with sales.
  • Support business development initiatives, networking, and promotional actions.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Profile

  • 3 years of proven experience in sales development, proactive sales, or high-volume commercial roles.
  • Advanced English C1
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, metrics-oriented environments.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to travel within the United States as needed for the role.
