Role Overview
The Mid-Senior SDR is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, qualifying, and nurturing prospective patients interested in receiving medical treatment abroad. This consultative and high-impact role requires building trust with potential clients and guiding them through the initial stages of their decision-making process. You will work closely with the closing and care coordination teams to ensure a seamless client journey from first interaction to consultation booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement via inbound and outbound calls, SMS, email, and social channels.
- Prospect qualification based on medical needs, budget, readiness, and alignment with services.
- Client education on available treatments, benefits of medical travel, safety protocols, and certifications.
- Build trust with clients navigating sensitive health or aesthetic decisions.
- Schedule qualified consultations for the sales/medical coordination team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems.
- Follow up persistently and strategically with leads across the funnel.
- Handle objections related to safety, travel logistics, and cost comparisons.
- Meet and exceed KPIs (contact rate, qualification rate, show rate, booked consultations).
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
- Mentor junior SDRs (optional depending on seniority level).
Experience & Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as SDR/BDR, appointment setter (preferably high-ticket services), or in sales roles within healthcare, medical tourism, aesthetics, or wellness.
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients.

Compensation
- $700 - $900 a month
