  • On-site training (first month)
  • 100% remote after onboarding
  • Schedule: Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM -- 4:00 PM (PST)

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Consultant to support U.S.-based clients with payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. This is a client-facing role, acting as an extension of the client's HR & Payroll team.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running U.S. or Canada payroll end-to-end
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, Gusto, Rippling, etc.)
  • Ability to resolve payroll discrepancies and real client scenarios
  • Experience managing multiple clients or high-volume payrolls
  • Strong English communication skills (client-facing role)

What we're looking for

We need professionals who can:

  • Handle complex client situations (discrepancies, requests, billing questions)
  • Communicate decisions clearly and confidently
  • Maintain compliance while managing client expectations
  • Own recurring payroll processes and deadlines

Important

This is not a support or HR admin role. Candidates must have hands-on experience processing U.S./Canada payroll.
