About Interra Health

Interra Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to transforming the prescription journey for providers and patients. Through the integration of DoseSpot, Arrive Health, and pVerify, Interra Health offers essential tools for eligibility verification, real-time coverage and pricing insights, e-prescribing, and pharmacy transparency at the point of care. This empowers providers to make informed decisions and helps patients access medications more clearly and affordably. With strong market momentum and a clear vision for connected care, Interra Health provides an opportunity to join an innovative, mission-driven team focused on improving the healthcare experience.

The Role

We are a high-growth healthcare technology company revolutionizing how patients obtain and pay for medications. Our rapid expansion is evidenced by:

  • Approximately 40% organic growth.
  • Exceeding $100 million in ARR this year.
  • Expanding EBITA margins.
  • Strong backing from Bain Capital.
  • Strategic recent M&A positioning the platform for future scale.

The Chief of Staff is central to this growth, reporting to the COO and collaborating closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role acts as a force multiplier, driving strategic initiatives, enhancing enterprise execution, and accelerating value creation.

This position is ideal for a proactive, high-capacity leader who excels in complex environments and is eager to scale a platform business through its next growth phase. For the right candidate, this role serves as a launchpad, with the expectation of transitioning into a senior operating leadership position after 18-24 months of driving critical enterprise initiatives.

Role Mandate

The Chief of Staff will partner with the COO and ELT as a strategic and execution advisor, focusing on advancing key enterprise priorities:

  • Accelerating value creation initiatives.
  • Improving cross-functional execution and accountability.
  • Integrating AI and automation across the organization.
  • Supporting M&A integration and margin expansion.
  • Enhancing executive decision support and communications.

Success in the first 6-12 months will be measured by tangible impact in high-priority areas, including:

  • Implementing AI across internal workflows to boost productivity.
  • Optimizing pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities for technology consolidation.
  • Supporting post-acquisition integration and synergy realization.

The Chief of Staff must quickly build trust by mobilizing cross-functional teams, ensuring disciplined execution, and delivering results.

Core Responsibilities

The scope of this role will adapt to evolving enterprise priorities. Key areas of focus include:

Enterprise Value Creation & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead pricing and packaging refinement to enhance revenue quality and consistency across business units.
  • Conduct vendor and technology spend reviews to identify cost savings and eliminate redundant tools.
  • Support margin expansion initiatives through automation or cost structure optimization.
  • Mitigate operational risk by identifying and addressing single points of failure in key partnerships or integrations.
  • Assist with post-acquisition integration, including synergy tracking and operational harmonization.

AI Transformation & Technology Leverage

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across operations, commercial, finance, and support functions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement internal AI tools that enhance productivity.
  • Drive the adoption of automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Establish governance frameworks and ROI tracking for AI investments.

Executive & Board Communications

  • Lead the preparation and coordination of board and investor materials for key reporting cycles.
  • Partner with ELT leaders to shape strategic narratives regarding growth, margin expansion, and integration progress.
  • Improve executive reporting processes for greater clarity and reduced preparation time.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to inform major executive and board-level decisions.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Integration

The Chief of Staff will influence rather than direct, aligning teams around shared priorities and ensuring follow-through on critical initiatives. Given the company's recent acquisitions and continued growth, this role requires the ability to rapidly build trust across diverse teams, functions, and operating cultures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-performance, analytically rigorous environments (e.g., strategy, operations, finance, transformation).
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and structured thinking.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to seamlessly transition between analysis and execution.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to build cross-functional trust.

Why This Role Is Different

This is not an administrative role; it is a central leadership position at a critical juncture for the company. We are experiencing rapid growth, expanding margins, integrating acquisitions, and are poised to redefine medication access and payment for future generations. This is a career-defining opportunity for a proactive, high-capacity leader focused on building at scale.

Bain Capital Emerging Growth Leader Program

Selected candidates will participate in Bain Capital's Emerging Growth Leader (EGL) Program, a development network for high-impact operators within Bain Capital's technology portfolio.

Community & Events

Bain Capital hosts EGL Summits multiple times annually, including an in-person event at their Boston headquarters, fostering idea exchange, skill development, and understanding of private equity investing.

Network & Expertise

EGLs gain access to an executive network including Bain Capital's investment and operating professionals, offering deep expertise in investment strategy, operations, technology, AI, talent management, and organizational change. Participants also join a broader community with the Business Transformation Partner (BTP) program, creating a collaborative network of operators.

Who Thrives In This Role

The ideal EGL candidate is a strategic and tactical problem solver with a hands-on approach. They excel at driving operational change, creating urgency, and influencing others. They are adept at developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks, as well as identifying practical improvement opportunities and implementing them effectively.

Working Conditions & Environment

  • Location: Boston or New York preferred (company operates remote-first with high collaboration needs).
  • Travel: Approximately 25% for team meetings, partner engagement, and industry events.
  • Success requires balancing synchronous collaboration with effective asynchronous execution in a remote-first setting.
