Duties
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels

- Schedule appointments accurately in the company's calendar or CRM system while maintaining detailed records
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer support by addressing questions and concerns effectively
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills to update client records and track outreach efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center roles, sales, or customer support environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clients
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle outbound calling confidently
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of customer service principles, client services, and analysis skills for understanding client needs
- Experience with call center software or CRM systems is advantageous
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader audience
- Attention to detail, typing speed, and cash handling experience are beneficial for maintaining precise records
