Dubin Law Group is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, you will speak with individuals seeking legal help, gather critical case details, and guide them through the intake process with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
Location & Compensation
- Location: Seattle, WA (On-site) or Remote (WA, TX, IL, MI, OK)
- Compensation: $22--$25/hour (DOE)
Schedule Options
- Full-Time: Monday--Friday, 1:00 PM -- 9:00 PM
- Part-Time: Saturday--Monday, 9:00 AM -- 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from potential clients and provide a professional, empathetic first interaction
- Gather and document case details accurately in the firm's intake system
- Conduct outbound follow-ups to collect missing information and move cases forward
- Identify and prioritize urgent or high-value cases based on firm guidelines
- Communicate with potential clients via phone, text, and email
- Send intake documents and agreements as appropriate
- Track lead progress and maintain detailed, organized notes
- Review missed calls and follow up promptly to maximize conversion
- Collaborate with intake leadership and legal staff to route cases appropriately
- Follow established intake workflows and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 1--3 years of experience in intake, customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and active listening skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with digital systems and case documentation
- Legal, medical, or personal injury experience is a plus but not required
