Your Role
Join us as a Civil Engineer / Construction Technician as a Project Manager / Site Manager for Wind Tower Projects in Northern Germany. Locations include Münster, Osnabrück, Bremen, Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin, Rostock, Brandenburg, Schwerin, Prenzlau, Frankfurt/Oder, Magdeburg, or Greifswald, with the option for remote work.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent technical preparation of wind tower construction projects.
- Ensuring timely organization, execution, scheduling, and resource planning in coordination with production.
- Deployment planning for installers.
- Monitoring costs and reporting.
- Coordination with customers and other project participants throughout all project phases.
- Close communication with customers and field workers.
- Compliance with quality standards.
Your Profile
- Completed university studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (technician or master craftsman degree).
- Demonstrated initial professional experience, preferably including training or internships.
- Proficiency in common PC applications and willingness to learn our ERP system (Navision).
- Ability to communicate effectively across different hierarchy levels.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
- Independent, structured work style; flexibility and resilience.
- Good German and solid English proficiency (written and spoken) are required.
