Required Experience & Skills

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with strong Python-based solution delivery
• Strong experience designing and implementing AI-driven enterprise solutions
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks/platforms
• Experience building scalable AI/ML applications and integrating AI models into enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of AI governance, model lifecycle management, compliance, and monitoring
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

Technical Skills

• Python: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Generative AI & Agentic AI: OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex
• Web/API Development: Flask, FastAPI, Django
• ML Lifecycle: Training, deployment, monitoring, drift management
• Data Engineering: SQL, Pandas, Power BI, Streamlit
• Cloud & MLOps: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform, Git, Docker, CI/CD

Nice to Have

• Telecom domain exposure including BSS/OSS or billing transformation
• Experience with Amdocs, Netcracker, Comarch, or Ericsson
• Understanding of TM Forum standards
• Knowledge of 5G architecture & network slicing

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Certifications in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Generative AI
