Customer Success Consultant - Higher Education
Job Details
- Act as a strategic advisor to educators by aligning product usage with institutional goals
- Drive product adoption and retention across a defined territory
- Meet revenue targets through customer renewals and long-term success
- Analyze customer data to identify risks, renewal challenges, and upsell opportunities
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess value realization and uncover growth potential
Compensation and Logistics
- Base salary: $65K--$87K, depending on experience (higher in select high cost-of-living markets)
- $35K annual bonus + excellent benefits package
- 30-40% time in the field meeting with key accounts during the academic semester, may require a few overnights a month depending on location; primarily a work-from-home role
- Fast-paced, tech-forward, education-focused environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer/client success or account management experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, Quick to learn and navigate new technologies
- Experience in the education or technology sector strongly preferred
