Position Overview

Elevate has partnered with a large, veterinarian‑founded pet healthcare company in their search for a Contracts Administrator/ Document Organization Specialist to support their legal and contract functions. This role is primarily administrative and will focus on locating, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining a large volume of existing contracts currently stored in Dropbox. The ideal candidate will bring structure, clarity, and consistency to our contract records while helping transition documents into a more formal contract management environment.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys document management, has strong organizational instincts, and is comfortable working with digital file systems and contracts databases.

  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Duration: 6-month engagement
  • Mode: Full-Time / 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, search, and locate existing contracts stored in Dropbox and other repositories.
  • Organize contracts in a logical, consistent structure based on defined criteria (e.g., contract type, party, date, status).
  • Assist with migrating contracts into a centralized system, such as SharePoint or a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.
  • Upload, tag, and index contracts to ensure they are searchable and easily accessible.
  • Help identify incomplete or missing documentation and flag issues for follow-up.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive contract information.
  • Support ongoing improvements to contract organization and document workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing, organizing, or maintaining large volumes of documents.
  • Comfort navigating cloud-based platforms such as Dropbox, SharePoint, or similar systems.
  • Ability to independently review documents and apply consistent organizational logic.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to handle repetitive, detail-focused work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting legal, contracts, or compliance teams.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
  • Experience working with Luminance or similar AI-enabled contract management tools (highly desirable but not required).
  • Understanding of basic contract structure and terminology.
