Our retention is strong. Our clients get real results. Our referral engine is active.
What we have not built yet is a structured, predictable post-sale revenue engine. That is what this role owns.
We run on EOS: clear priorities, accountability, and measurable results.
The Mission
- You own everything after the sale.
- This is not an account management role.
- This is a system-building, revenue ownership role.
- Your job is to take clients from one VA placement to two, three, and beyond, consistently and at scale.
What You Will Own
- Net Revenue Retention as the north-star metric
- VA expansion across the existing client base
- Churn prediction and proactive intervention
- Referral engine with attribution tied to compensation
- Onboarding experience and time-to-value
- Client Success Manager performance and accountability
- Removing founder dependency from key accounts
What You Will Build (First 12 Months)
- Client health scoring and early churn detection
- VA expansion playbooks that drive consistent MRR growth
- A tiered service model
- Standardized onboarding with defined time-to-value milestones
- Manager accountability systems and scorecards
- A repeatable referral engine
What Success Looks Like
- Churn is predictable and proactively managed
- Expansion is consistent and forecastable
- Client Success operates as a revenue engine, not a support function
- Clients grow because of the service, not just stay
- The function runs without constant executive involvement
The Operator This Role Requires
- 8--15 years building or scaling Client Success or Account Management in a B2B service business
- Direct ownership of expansion revenue (not just renewals)
- Experience in high-growth environments ($10M--$50M range preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $140,000 -- $160,000
- OTE: $175,000 -- $215,000
