Senior Analytics Engineer
Company: Enerflo Type: Full-time Location: Remote (US preferred, nearshore ok) Reports to: Co-Founder/CEO Start Date: Immediate
About Enerflo
Enerflo is the operating system for residential solar, integrating design tools, lenders, CRMs, and project workflows into a unified infrastructure layer. We have processed over $15 billion in solar transactions, empowering companies to manage every deal with increased speed, accuracy, and visibility. Our mission is to build the infrastructure that makes solar affordable and accessible globally. This role is central to achieving that mission.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive data expert, not just a report-runner. This individual will identify data needs, investigate, and provide answers before being asked.
You will have end-to-end ownership of our data infrastructure, including ETLs, Domo environment, dashboards, and underlying data models. Beyond maintenance, you will focus on future-proofing our data foundation for AI integration. You will collaborate directly with the Co-Founder/CEO and work with account managers, product, and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding and actionable insights from our platform. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership from day one.
⚡ AI-Forward Role: Enerflo is heavily invested in AI. This role involves daily use of AI tools and will be instrumental in preparing our data infrastructure for AI applications. If you are not already integrating AI into your workflow and considering the requirements for AI-ready data, this position may not be the right fit.
What You'll Own
- Design, manage, and optimize ETL pipelines sourcing data from Enerflo's PostgreSQL/MySQL database, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Intercom.
- Build and maintain Domo dashboards, custom reports, and Beast Mode calculations to provide leadership and account managers with clear visibility.
- Audit and recommend improvements to our data schema, focusing on structure and enhancement beyond simple querying.
- Write Python scripts for automating data workflows, performing transformations, and reducing manual effort, leveraging AI coding tools for efficiency.
- Drive our AI data readiness strategy by identifying gaps, cleaning and structuring data, and building an infrastructure layer that AI can reliably query and act upon.
- Proactively surface insights by analyzing customer feedback and account manager input, investigating data, and presenting findings and new questions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data quality, pipeline reliability, and reporting efficiency, utilizing AI tools as a force multiplier.
