About the Role

The Client Engagement Executive is accountable for the growth of an Ensono client. You will own the client relationship, identifying and leveraging company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, and opportunity. This role is responsible for developing meaningful client relationships that enable growth and long-term partnerships.

While this is an individual contributor role, you will work cross-functionally with teams including Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, maximizing the service portfolio, managing executive relationship maps, and expanding key technical and business relationships.
  • Growth: Drive whitespace growth, strive for a mix of products and services, and build key partnerships (e.g., Dell, AWS, MSFT).
  • Sales: Enable and sell new services, understand the client's competitive landscape, and engage in cloud and transformation strategies.
  • Account Planning: Manage account strategy, services growth plans, and SFDC data stewardship.
  • Engagement: Facilitate weekly internal reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and manage the Executive sponsor program.
  • Technical Collaboration: Bring the right technical and sales specialists to new opportunities, listen to transformation goals, and maintain relationship maps.
  • Service Delivery Partnership: Partner with the Service Delivery Management (SDM) team to analyze and communicate client health, highlight issues, and ensure operational/commercial challenges are resolved.

Travel: Up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-15 years of sales experience, specifically in Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience in enterprise-scale solution selling.
  • Understanding of the managed services marketplace.
  • Experience working in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Experience navigating mid- and large-sized enterprises to drive IT and business-led opportunity creation.

Compensation: The good faith estimate for this role is $135,000 to $160,000 annually, plus a sales-incentive plan and equity grant.
