We're partnering with a healthcare organisation undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history, a multi year programme modernising both technology and business operations.
As part of this, the Enterprise PMO is expanding and looking to bring in experienced Project Managers who can lead complex, enterprise wide initiatives and ensure real business impact, not just IT delivery.
The Role:
You'll own end to end delivery of large transformation programmes, working across both business and technology teams. This role goes beyond traditional project management, it's about driving adoption, business readiness, and meaningful organisational change.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading enterprise wide transformation projects • Managing senior stakeholders across multiple functions • Bridging the gap between business and technology teams • Driving full project lifecycle delivery from planning to execution to adoption • Ensuring solutions land effectively across the organisation
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience delivering large scale, enterprise projects • Strong stakeholder management across business and tech • Experience in transformation or change led environments • Ability to drive business readiness and operational impact • Healthcare, payer, or PBM experience is a strong advantage
