Vice President of Data & Analytics (Fully Remote)

A Fortune 500 organization within the healthcare distribution industry is seeking a Majorly Remote Vice President of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise-wide analytics strategy, modernize data capabilities, and build a best-in-class data-driven organization across a complex, global business.

This is a highly visible executive leadership role responsible for transforming how data and analytics support strategic decision-making across operations, commercial functions, finance, supply chain, and executive leadership.

You'll operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and analytics, shaping how enterprise data is leveraged to improve performance, drive operational excellence, and enable long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build, develop, and scale high-performing Data, Analytics, BI, and Reporting organizations
• Drive modernization of enterprise data platforms, reporting capabilities, and analytics infrastructure
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance, KPI frameworks, and data quality standards
• Partner closely with Technology, Product, Operations, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams to deliver data-driven business outcomes
• Lead enterprise analytics initiatives focused on operational efficiency, supply chain optimization, commercial performance, and customer insights
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting that support strategic decision-making
• Champion a data-driven culture across the organization by embedding analytics into everyday business operations
• Build and execute a multi-year analytics roadmap supporting AI, advanced analytics, and enterprise decision intelligence
• Mentor and develop senior analytics leaders while establishing best practices and operating models across the function

What We're Looking For

• Executive-level leadership experience within Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Enterprise Data functions
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing analytics organizations within large enterprise environments
• Strong experience developing enterprise analytics strategies and data operating models
• Experience modernizing cloud-based data platforms and enterprise reporting capabilities
• Strong understanding of data governance, performance measurement, and executive KPI reporting
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and business leaders
• Proven success delivering measurable business impact through analytics and data-driven decision making
• Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple business functions
• Healthcare, distribution, supply chain, or highly regulated industry experience is beneficial but not required
