Position Overview:

This role will primarily function as a Product Analyst, supporting product discovery, planning, and delivery through research, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with both business and engineering teams to help shape product direction, evaluate solutions, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

This is not considered a trainable role. Candidates must have prior relevant experience and be able to contribute independently from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product discovery and planning efforts by conducting research, analysis, and gathering insights that inform product vision, priorities, and roadmaps aligned to customer and business needs.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers during early-stage discovery activities, leveraging analytics and AI-assisted prototyping to test hypotheses and evaluate potential solutions prior to engineering investment.
  • Translate complex business and technical problems into clear, well-documented product requirements, user stories, workflows, and exploratory concepts.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine ideas, clarify requirements, and support the transition from validated concepts into build-ready solutions.
  • Support the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation, including tracking progress, documenting learnings, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze customer needs by synthesizing market research, usability findings, support data, and stakeholder feedback into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Define and monitor success metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and support prioritization decisions.
  • Assess trade-offs related to scope, timelines, dependencies, and customer impact while proactively escalating risks and driving accountability.
  • Prepare product updates, documentation, reporting, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership using clear communication, data summaries, and visual insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Product Analysis, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.
  • Experience working within both Business and Engineering environments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management and workflow tools preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Key Traits for Success:

  • Highly accountable and self-driven.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator capable of bridging business and technical teams.
