Job description

Role: Senior Business Analyst (Ref: 5671)

Location: Remote (Must reside in the continental US, preferably California)
Duration: 18-months
Rate: DOE

Minimum Mandatory Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or a technology-related field.
    • Note: Additional qualifying experience may be substituted year-for-year. A data engineering bootcamp plus one year of experience may also be substituted. Candidates must provide a PDF copy of their degree.
  • Certification: Advanced Data-related certification is highly desired.
  • References: Candidates must provide three client references for previous work. Reference contacts must sign required forms; no waivers are permitted.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
    • At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
    • At least three (3) years of experience in consultation on subject matter related to information organization and analysis.
    • At least three (3) years of experience designing process workflows for multi-stage regulatory compliance (e.g., environmental permitting or impact assessments).
    • At least three (3) years of experience consulting on or designing public-facing dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
    • At least two (2) completed projects demonstrating experience consulting for federal, state, or local government.
