About the Role
We're collaborating with a premier foundational AI lab to recruit experienced film and video editors. Your expertise will be instrumental in training their cutting-edge language model on post-production and editorial tasks.
Responsibilities
We seek senior editors with a minimum of 5 years of experience in major film, TV, or digital productions. Your role will involve creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated content across essential editing workflows, including:
- Edit decision documentation
- Assembly and rough cut notes
- Pacing and structure analysis
- Color grading briefs
- Sound design direction notes
- Post-production workflow documentation
Compensation
- $75/hour
Commitment
- Flexible hours, up to 20 hours per week
- Potential earnings of up to $1.5k/week

Qualifications
- Senior film or video editor with 5+ years of experience on major film, TV, or digital productions.
- Profound expertise in editorial storytelling, post-production workflows, and the craft of editing.
- Exceptional written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
