Vice President Operations

About the Role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced general and operations leaders who can help train their latest language model on business management and operations tasks. We're looking for GMs and VPs with 7 years running business units or operations functions at top companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core management workflows: operational planning, P&L management, performance reporting, strategic initiative documentation, team management frameworks, and executive-level business reviews.

Qualifications

• General Manager, VP of Operations, or equivalent with 7 years at a top company
• Deep expertise in P&L management, operational execution, and strategic planning
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• Compensation: $100/hour
• Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2k/week)
• Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
• Start Date: As soon as possible
