About The Role
The Office Manager role oversees daily administrative and operational workflows to ensure a highly productive and organized remote and physical working environment. This position acts as the primary orchestrator of virtual operations, digital workspace management, and localized regional events for a distributed team.
The role balances strategic operational planning with hands-on coordination, managing vendor relationships, streamlining internal communications, and supporting executive leadership with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will establish efficient remote-work protocols and execute logistics that maintain team cohesion across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital workspaces, access permissions, and asset distribution across platforms including Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and Zoom
- Manage regional vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee budgets for office supplies, shipping, and remote-employee stipends
- Plan and execute company-wide virtual events, hybrid offsites, and localized team-building activities in the Dallas area
- Streamline internal communications by maintaining centralized documentation, team calendars, and operational wikis
- Support executive leadership with travel booking, expense reporting, and high-priority meeting coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT asset logistics, managing the procurement and shipping of hardware to distributed staff
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative coordination within a fast-growing tech environment
- Demonstrated proficiency managing cloud-based collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Zoom
- Strong project-management skills with a track record of executing corporate events and managing vendor budgets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential operational data with high discretion
- Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with the ability to coordinate occasional local physical events
- Bonus: Experience managing hardware provisioning logistics or familiarity with basic IT ticketing systems.
