Introduction

Virtual Assistant (Remote -- US Client)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Work Arrangement: Remote

Working Hours: 3:00 PM -- 11:00 PM (South African Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support a US-based client. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and able to manage a variety of administrative and client-related tasks in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level virtual administrative support to a US-based client
  • Manage communication via email, chat, and virtual platforms
  • Work across multiple CRM systems to update, track, and manage data
  • Handle scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience working with CRM systems (multiple platforms preferred)
  • Own reliable laptop and stable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Must be committed to long-term employment/contract engagement
