Work model
FasterOutcomes puts the collective intelligence of industry-leading law firms and healthcare providers directly into every workflow, helping professionals consistently deliver their best work across every case and patient. Firms like Rob Levine Law --- one of the leading personal injury practices in the country --- trust FasterOutcomes to set a new standard for how their teams work. We're bringing that same standard to healthcare.
We're a fully remote team of under 30 people, moving fast and operating with high ownership across the board. There's no room for bureaucracy here. People own their work and are trusted to run with it.
Why this role is special
AI is forcing legal and healthcare firms to rethink how institutional knowledge gets applied at scale. Every firm is asking the same question: how do we make our best thinking available to every professional, in every case, every time? FasterOutcomes is designed to answer it. We're building the marketing function to match that opportunity, and this role is at the center of it.
We've built real traction in both verticals with minimal marketing resources. You'll work directly with our VP of Growth to set priorities and drive marketing execution across both verticals. What you build here becomes the foundation of the company's marketing.
What you'll do
- Execute the demand gen playbook. Run campaigns, sequences, and lifecycle flows within the systems we've built. Own the day-to-day execution, keep things moving, and surface what the data tells you.
- Keep the brand consistent. Every email, post, and piece of collateral should sound like FasterOutcomes --- specific, clear, and written for the reader in front of it. Legal buyers and healthcare buyers are different audiences. The copy should reflect that.
- Manage the website. Own the copy, landing pages, and conversion assets across the site. Coordinate with our design & dev team on updates. When something needs to change, you make it happen.
- Execute campaigns end-to-end. Briefs, one-pagers, sell sheets, event materials --- you produce them working closely with the VP of Growth. You take clear direction and deliver clean work.
- Track and report performance. Monitor results across every channel. Know what the numbers are saying and bring that clearly to the team.
This is a great fit if you...
- Have 3--5 years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS. You've owned channels end-to-end, not just contributed to them from the sidelines.
- Are operationally sharp. You've built campaigns, workflows, and reporting from scratch and know what good marketing infrastructure looks like because you've built it.
- Have strong taste in copy. You know the difference between writing that earns attention and writing that fills space. You use AI tools without relying on them; you add your own touch to make your work stand out.
- Care about the numbers as much as the work. Good craft matters, but the metric that matters is driving pipeline growth. You create a work product that produces results.
- Understand the B2B funnel well enough to act on it. You know where marketing has leverage at each stage and you prioritize accordingly.
- Want real ownership. You'd rather have a short list of things that are entirely yours than a long list of things you're partially responsible for.
This won't be the right role if you...
- Prefer strategy over execution. You'll have input on direction, but the job is in the doing. There's no one to hand off to.
- Need a lot of structure before you can move. We have strong traction and clear priorities, but the playbook is still being written. That's part of what this role builds.
- Do your best work with an established brand and a proven marketing engine behind you. We're still building the brand and marketing function as we go.
The salary range for this role is $70,000--$90,000 equity. Actual compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and scope of the role.
