There's no cold calling and no guessing what to say. The process is structured, supported, and focused on education first.
What You'll Actually Do
- Speak with individuals who requested benefit information
- Explain coverage options using clear, guided materials
- Help organize next steps and basic setup
- Keep accurate notes so nothing falls through the cracks
- Follow up with people who need time to decide
