Remote Benefits Enrollment Agent

Overview

We are hiring a Remote Benefits Enrollment Agent to help individuals review and enroll in benefit programs designed to support families, protect income, and plan for future needs.

In this role, you will meet virtually with individuals who have requested information about available benefit options. Your responsibility is to guide clear, structured conversations that help people understand how different programs work and assist them through the enrollment process when they choose to move forward.

Training, consultation frameworks, and leadership guidance are provided to help you build knowledge and confidence while working with clients.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with individuals who requested information about benefit programs
• Explain how different coverage options work and what they are designed to provide
• Help individuals review and compare benefit options based on their priorities
• Guide clients through the digital enrollment and application process
• Maintain organized client records and follow-up communication
• Provide clear answers to questions regarding coverage structure and program details

Training & Development

• Structured onboarding and professional training
• Guided consultations before transitioning to independent meetings
• Ongoing mentorship and leadership support

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity with residual income potential tied to active accounts. Estimated first-year earnings typically range from $55,000 to $75,000 depending on consistency and results. Compensation is not guaranteed.
