During virtual conversations, you'll explain the available solutions, answer questions, and guide individuals through the next steps if they choose to move forward.
The role follows a structured consultation process, and full training is provided. New professionals receive onboarding, mentorship, and access to professional tools that make it easier to learn the role and build confidence when working with clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with individuals who requested information about available programs
- Ask questions to understand household goals and priorities
- Explain how different coverage and income protection options work
- Help individuals compare solutions based on their needs
- Assist with completing digital applications and required documentation
- Maintain organized records of conversations and follow-up communication
