About The Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Product Consultant to join our dynamic team at ISR Information Products AG. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support to our existing customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our clients maximize the value of our Buildsimple platform, which automates document processing through intelligent AI solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation process, optimizing their workflows, and ensuring successful deployment of our solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SaaS and input management solutions, with a fundamental understanding of cloud environments such as AWS and AI technologies. You should have prior experience working in technical consulting, project management, or a similar client-facing role within the IT sector. Excellent problem-solving skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly are essential. Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) are required. A proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment will help you succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

As an IT Product Consultant at ISR Information Products AG, your key responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on the optimal utilization of the Buildsimple platform, including conducting assessments and analyzing input management solutions.
• Developing tailored concepts for input management and designing continuous training programs for our AI solutions within client workflows.
• Supporting clients during the go-live phase by analyzing, advising, and optimizing the Buildsimple AI for their specific documents, as well as conducting integration and load testing.
• Planning, assisting with, and executing proof of concepts to demonstrate platform capabilities and value.
• Defining and evaluating various document types used by clients to ensure accurate processing and classification.
• Supporting clients in labeling and training AI models, ensuring high-quality data preparation for machine learning processes.
• Preparing detailed analysis reports and providing insights to clients for continuous process improvement.
