About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating strategic and operational tasks for the executive management, developing and visualizing complex content, and supporting strategic initiatives and project implementation. Your expertise in AI-driven marketing processes will be instrumental in identifying and deploying innovative solutions that enhance our marketing efficiency. You will serve as a bridge between executive leadership and various departments, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Additionally, you will lead the pilot, implementation, and scaling of AI applications, empowering teams through knowledge transfer and adaptation support. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of media marketing through cutting-edge AI technologies and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or a comparable field.
• Multiple years of experience as an AI Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Practical experience with AI tools and a highly proficient command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen understanding of stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
• Discretion, reliability, and team-oriented mindset, with the capability to manage multiple parallel tasks effectively.
• Experience in marketing automation, prompt engineering, and agile working methods is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic and operational topics for the executive management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Prepare, visualize, and present complex content in a clear and impactful manner, creating compelling reports and presentations.
• Support in developing marketing strategies and executing projects, acting as a key interface between leadership and operational teams.
• Identify innovative AI solutions for marketing processes, oversee their implementation, and continuously improve existing AI tools.
• Optimize marketing workflows through automation and AI integration, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Lead the pilot, deployment, and scaling of AI applications, providing training and support to teams during rollout and adoption phases.
