About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Developer to join our dynamic Tech Services team. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated software applications that directly impact our business operations and client solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in .NET, Angular 17, and TypeScript, and will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into scalable, efficient, and high-quality applications. Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Application Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular 17, TypeScript, MS SQL, and Bootstrap.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Extensive knowledge of software and application architecture and design principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Preferred candidates will demonstrate a passion for technology, continuous learning, and innovation, along with a high level of mathematical aptitude and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
The Senior Application Developer will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Designing, developing, and deploying scalable, robust applications utilizing .NET Core, Angular 17, TypeScript, and related technologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving software bugs to ensure optimal application performance.
- Integrating third-party services and software components to meet project requirements.
- Partnering with the IT team to set up, configure, and maintain MS SQL databases.
- Developing technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and user interfaces.
- Adapting existing web applications for new platforms or functionalities.
- Creating prototypes and testing new software features to validate functionality and performance.
- Designing user interfaces and client displays to enhance user experience.
- Supporting project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with team members.
- Mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
