Compensation Structure

Earn through upfront pay, commissions, and recurring residual income, with potential bonuses. Success is driven by your work ethic and willingness to learn and apply training to obtain licenses.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States (no VISA sponsorship for non-citizens). Maryland residents are encouraged to apply.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a standard background check.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses within 30 days of hire.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• $47,983.00 - $52,581.50 per year
