The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work exclusively with Cisco account teams, Cisco learning and sales staff, and Cisco clients to drive growth of Cisco-focused training and enablement programs. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand Cisco's technology and sales initiatives, and deliver tailored education solutions will be critical to success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and nurture new and existing client relationships within Cisco's ecosystem, including direct Cisco accounts and their internal learning teams.
- Collaborate closely with Cisco account teams throughout the sales cycle---from initial engagement and qualification through to deal close and delivery.
- Create and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with Cisco's sales motions and Firefly's value proposition.
- Deliver clear, impactful presentations and proposals to stakeholders at all levels, including VPs and CxOs within Cisco client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and technology environments to recommend the right education solutions.
- Work directly with Firefly's internal product and delivery teams to scope, design, and win business aligned to Cisco's go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely sales forecasts and pipeline management to support Firefly and Cisco's business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise sales or business development, ideally with experience selling Cisco technologies and/or technology training services.
- Strong technical acumen to quickly understand Cisco's complex technology portfolio and sales initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present confidently and clearly to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success building trusted advisory relationships with senior executives (VPs, CxOs) in client organizations.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial approach with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Comfortable operating within structured sales processes, including weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews.
