About the Role

Firm Advice is conducting a search on behalf of our significant, international technology client for a temporary / interim counsel. This opportunity offers the chance to expand upon your experience drafting and negotiating procurement contracts, while working with a wonderful manager for a household name company.

Responsibilities

The Counsel position will support the Contracts Department in the direct procurement contracting process, including drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, enterprise software licenses, IT and engineering‑related professional services, SOWs, amendments, order forms, and renewals and updating their CRM.

Details

• Position is full-time beginning immediately.
• This client has converted multiple people from temp to full-time employees.
• This position is fully remote with an hourly range between $70 and $110.

Requirements

• 5 plus years' experience drafting and negotiating direct hardware and component procurement contracts, including MSAs, contract for services, software, and SaaS.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry a plus.
• Experience working with contract management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as a team, in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
