You will help design the future state architecture of our Salesforce instance, serving as the backbone of our quest for unity—fostering communication, enabling transparency, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability across the board.

What You'll Do
The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a key role in advancing the Direct Division's CRM capabilities by leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data 360 to deliver intelligent, data-driven experiences.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data 360.
- Lead the implementation and customization of Agentforce and Data 360 capabilities.
- Apply hands-on AI experience, including prompt engineering and generative AI tools.
- Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, APIs, and external data sources.
- Champion a "configuration-before-code" development philosophy.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, flows, and integrations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce platform performance.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, data teams, security, and DevOps teams.
- Contribute to technical strategy and platform evolution by reducing technical debt.
- Stay current on emerging Salesforce, AI, and automation technologies.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform development (LWC, Apex, Flows, integrations, security models).
- Strong experience architecting and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other AI-enabled capabilities.
- Practical experience leveraging AI technologies, including prompt engineering and generative AI.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, release management, and DevOps.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud Consultant certifications
- Salesforce AI Associate or other AI-related certifications are a plus
Pay Range
$148,600.00 - $198,200.00 Annually
Note: This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
